Over the course of the two-day makeathon, my team devised an app called "No Face," designed to eliminate bias toward physical appearance throughout the hiring process. Effective presentation skills, use of design thinking process, and creative articulation of ideas were integral to our success, receiving first-place out of 100+ competing teams for our solution.
