I conducted research on the current state of the application, which included identifying the pain points for the target users. These issues were organized into 5 categories: content, usability, technical, organizational, and visual design. Using this information, I created a new task flow addressing these issues and simplifying the steps to get to the desired end goal. I also conducted a competitor analysis to gain a better understanding of the current market.
